Starter Choice:
Roasted Red Beet with Goat Cheese Soup topped with sour cream & cheese puff pastry

Iceberg Heart Salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette, tomato confit and roasted garlic

Authentic Swiss Cheese Fondue with Gruyère & Emmenthal cheese, served with cubed

Ahi Tuna Poke With Avocado Tempura and Edamame salad topped with balsamic drizzle
