After the 1988 Calgary Olympic Winter Games, commercial development in Banff started to explode. Our new Swiss Chef began an ongoing process of reshaping the menu. We wanted to make sure our increasingly international clientele could enjoy a true Swiss-Italian experience (see "Menus").
Today your host Erwin Widmer (pictured above, left side of the photo) and our talented chefs including young European cooks, who regularly come to Banff on a one year professional experience program. Ensure you are treated to quality cuisine each time you dine with us.
